Viola R Krishnamani has been a proactive contributor in the field of education and social development, for nearly three decades. Long before the terms ‘social entrepreneurship’ and ‘sustainability’ became relevant and significant globally, she had started supporting organizations in both sectors, to ensure a process-driven and result-oriented presence at multiple levels. 
Perumal is a Finance Professional with 4 decades of hands on experience in diverse industries such as textiles, engineering, electronics, consumer durables, financial services and management consultancy. He is the former Director (Finance) of BPL Sanyo Technologies Ltd, Bangalore. Presently he is the Founder and CEO of Smart Management Solutions, Coimbatore, providing Financial & Business Management Consultancy services to over 200 SMEs across the country since 2009. He is also the past member of Business Network International (BNI), and the past President of West Cotton Jaycees, Kannur, Kerala.
To Francis, the terms, organic produce, fair-trade practices, sustainable farming, certification, and community sensitization are the ones that he connects with the most. He is a sought-after person in ecology and certification circles with updated expertise and experience that he brings to every organization he works with. As an internationally certified auditor with FLOCERT (Asia & Africa) he continues to work with organic farming practitioners. His fair-trade audit expertise provides guidance to organizations and individuals who are committed to ethical practices in agriculture, ecology, and farming. In the last three decades, Francis continues to guide various stakeholder groups on policies and procedures that work to sustain a green planet. He is an organic farmer raising rainfed millets in his land.
Emmanuel Sathiaraj started his career in the Personnel department and over 32 years, has had stints in marketing, operations, and management. His core domain expertise is strategy and global marketing. In his brief stint as an entrepreneur, he ran his own packaging industry as a 100% EOU company which provided him synergy in the global network.
Shaji Zacharias is an experienced management professional with over 35 years of leadership roles held in Sales, Marketing & General Management. He has worked in the public and private sector leading sales teams, setting up supply chains and building retail networks across states in India. In the latter half of his career, he led global solutions teams in Information Technology & Digital Transformation. He continues to be actively involved with a number of companies advising on multiple areas, besides running his family farm and operating a restaurant. He is based out of Bangalore, Karnataka.
Saravanan Sundaramoorthy (Sarav), is passionate about generating a positive & far-reaching impact in several walks of life. Sarav continues to incubate ground-breaking programs to develop an empathetic society that is responsible towards environment, emotional skill development, arts, culture & much more. After a successful stint with innovation in Math learning, he founded Edsix Brainlab – a Next generation platform for 21st century learning that showcases his keen entrepreneurial skills combined with cutting-edge advancements in AI and Neural Networks. Sarav believes that business growth is possible with an informed blend of social entrepreneurship and technological advancements.
Vikram is known for his proficiency and experience in supply chain logistics and business development – two areas that are crucial to the development of any organization. In the logistics field, he has liaised with customs authorities, shipping companies, fleet operators, warehousers, reverse logistics firms, and charter services. His updated knowledge and skill in this field has made him an indispensable asset to every organization he has worked with.
Raja Sankar is an active organic farmer and agricultural entrepreneur for the past decade. His farms and venture are based out of Coimbatore. He is well connected in the organic farming circle within India. He is also working closely with farmers, helping them convert to toxin-free agriculture and enabling them to market their produce to valued customers pan India. 
Ragavendiran is an expert and versatile Chartered Accountant with an experience of over thirty years in Audit and Finance. His extensive experience in bank concurrent audits and statutory audits has also been commended by clients. His stint with Ernst and Young in Riyadh paved the way for the highpoint of his career – Director (Finance) of an international trading company, based in Hong Kong, with twelve overseas branches. From 1993 to 2018, he designed, implemented, and monitored numerous Financial Controls, Policies, and Procedures to efficiently manage the funds of the company, ensuring profitability and liquidity. Presently he is the Director of an auditing company and is based out of Coimbatore. He brings this wealth of experience and expertise to his current role as an Internal Auditor and Financial Strategist at Accenterra.
From a grassroots volunteer since 1989 to becoming the Director of a vibrant NGO, Victor Ignacy has always been a firm upholder of three key elements: sustainability, empowerment & equity. His academic and administrative experiences as a teacher in rural India, gave him the insight and ability to be a purposeful planner and leader.
Dr. Krishnamani Ramanathan, the Director, was a recipient of the National Geographic Society’s Grant (# 5556-95), in 1995. He studied the phyto-ecology of the lion-tailed macaque’s habitat in southern India, for his Doctoral thesis. As a token of gratitude, a part of the profits generated by Accenterra, will be donated to National Geographic Society.
